Starter Plan – Your Account Dashboard

When you log in to your Voiply account, your dashboard gives you a quick look at your account status and easy access to the tools you use most. Here's a breakdown of everything you'll find.

Your Account Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see three summary cards:

  • Main Number – The primary phone number on your account.
  • Current Plan – Shows your Starter plan and billing cycle. You'll also see an Upgrade button here if you'd like to explore other plans.
  • Billing – Click Manage to open your billing portal, where you can view invoices, update your payment method, and make changes to your billing information.

You'll also see a Connected Devices section below the summary cards. This shows whether your Voiply Mobile app is connected to your account.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions section gives you shortcuts to the most common account settings:

  • Voicemail – Set up your greeting and manage your voicemail messages.
  • Call Forwarding – Forward your calls to an external number.
  • Call Blocking – Block unwanted callers.
  • Call History – View your call logs and voicemails.
  • Configure SMS – Set up SMS to receive text messages as email.
  • Port Numbers – Transfer your existing number from another provider.

Voiply Mobile App

The dashboard also includes a section for setting up the Voiply Mobile app. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you'll find links to the App Store and Google Play here.

To sign in to the app:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and enter your Voiply phone number on the sign-in screen.
  3. Check your email for a magic link, then tap it on your phone to sign in.

Support

The Support section shows your open support tickets and gives you a few ways to get help:

  • Call Us – Reach our support team at (844) 843-4175.
  • Live Chat – Start a chat with support directly from the dashboard.
  • All Tickets – View your full ticket history.

To open a new ticket, click the + New Ticket button.

You'll also find a Refer a Friend option on your dashboard — share your referral link via email or SMS and earn rewards up to $70.
