Starter Plan - Manage Your Account Section
Voiply makes it easy to view your account details, explore upgrades, and access your billing portal. Below is a quick guide on what each section of your account dashboard shows and how to navigate through available options.
🔹 Your Account Overview
When you log in to your Voiply account, you’ll see a "Manage your Account" section that includes:
1. Main Phone Number

This is the primary phone number associated with your Voiply account.
2. Your Current Plan

Includes 1 user on the account

🚀 Upgrade Options Available
You’ll see two helpful upgrade prompts on the right-hand side of your dashboard:
➕ Looking for Toll-Free?
Clicking “Upgrade” next to this text will bring up a plan upgrade option for access to toll-free numbers and other advanced features.
➕ Add More Users?
Clicking the “Upgrade” button here opens the same upgrade window, offering enhanced functionality for accounts needing multiple users.

💳 How to Access the Billing Portal
At the bottom of the account overview, you’ll find the billing section. It shows your current billing amount and frequency (e.g., $59.50 per year).
To view your billing portal:

Click the orange arrow on the far right.

This will open your secure billing portal.

🔐 Note: Only the primary account holder has access to the billing portal. Ensure you’re signed in with your main email address.
