Business Starter - Portal Dashboard Overview

The Voiply Business Starter Portal Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your account and easy access to key features like call history, voicemail, call blocking, and more. This page is designed to help you manage your service without digging through menus. From here, you can view your plan details, download mobile apps, and use Quick Actions to configure common features. Use the sections below to learn what each part of the dashboard does. You can click into any linked article for step-by-step instructions.

Welcome & Account Summary

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see a welcome message along with key account details, including:

  • Your main phone number
  • Your current plan type (Business - Starter) and billing cycle
  • A link to manage your billing 

This section gives you a quick snapshot of your account and includes shortcuts to commonly used pages.

Helpful shortcuts to know:

  • Clicking Manage under Billing will open your Billing Portal, where you can view invoices, payment details, and billing history.
  • You'll also see an Upgrade button next to your plan name if you'd like to switch to a higher-tier plan.

Connected Devices

The Connected Devices section shows the devices currently linked to your account.

For Business Starter accounts, this displays:

  • Voiply Mobile — the Voiply app on your smartphone

A green Connected status means the device is active and working. If it shows as disconnected, this section is a good first place to check.


Navigation Tabs

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find three tabs for quick navigation:

  • Dashboard — your main overview page (default view)
  • Numbers — view and manage your phone numbers and port requests
  • Call History — view call logs, missed calls, and voicemails 

Numbers Tab

The Numbers tab gives you a dedicated view of all phone numbers on your account.

From here, you can:

  • See each number's status (Active) and assigned user
  • Submit a new port request using the + New Port Request button
  • Track existing port requests under the Port Requests section

Call History Tab

The Call History tab gives you a full view of your call activity.

From here, you can:

  • Filter by All Calls, Missed Calls, or Voicemails
  • See a summary of calls in the past 7 days, including total minutes and inbound/outbound breakdown
  • Export your call records using the CSV button
  • Refresh the list to pull the latest data

Voiply Mobile App

The Voiply Mobile App section lets you take your Voiply number on the go.

Available options include:

  • App Store — download for iOS
  • Google Play — download for Android

You can also click Generate QR Code to get a scannable code that sets up the app login on your device. Note that generating a new QR code resets your current app login, so scan it immediately after generating.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions section gives you one-click access to commonly used features. Each tile opens a dedicated configuration page.

Voicemail

Call Forwarding

Call Blocking

Configure SMS

Port Numbers

AI Receptionist

The AI Receptionist banner at the bottom of your dashboard highlights a feature available to Business Starter customers. It provides 24/7 call support without the overhead of a live receptionist.

Support

The Support section shows your open support tickets and provides quick access to contact options:

  • Call Us — reach our support team at (844) 843-4175
  • Live Chat — chat with support directly from the portal
  • All Tickets — view your full ticket history

If you have more than three open tickets, you'll see a View all open tickets link to see the full list. You can also open a new ticket using the + New Ticket button in the top right of the Support section.
