How to Enable Call Forwarding - Starter Plan

A Step-by-step guide on enabling Call forwarding from your account portal.

To enable call forwarding

  1. Click on Manage under Call Forwarding from your Dashboard under Quick Actions as shown below.

  2. Toggle or enable Call Forwarding Option to enable and configure forwarding settings

  3. Enter the forwarding number
  4. Click Save

Ring All: This will allow you to ring the user/app as well as the forwarding number simultaneously.
