[Online Fax Service](https://kb.voiply.com/online-fax-service) # How Do I Check My Received Faxes in the Voiply Fax App? ## Every fax sent to your number lands in your Inbox. This guide shows you how to open, view, download, and print your received faxes. ### Log In First 1. Go to [https://fax.voiply.com/](https://fax.voiply.com/) and sign in. Need help signing in? In the left menu, click **Inbox**.  You can also press **G** then **I**. Each received fax appears in the list with: - The sending number - The number of pages - A **Received** status - When it arrived (for example, "1h ago" or a date)       2. To find a specific fax, use the search bar at the top of the Inbox. You can search by number, subject, or contact. ### View, Download, or Print a Fax 1. Click the fax you'd like to open. It opens in a viewer, with the fax pages on the left and a details panel on the right showing the sender, date, page count, direction, and Fax ID. \[ 2. You can check where you stand anytime under "Pages this cycle" in your workspace. - Contacting us about a specific fax? The **Fax ID** shown in the viewer helps us find it quickly. - Don't see a fax you're expecting? Give it a few minutes and refresh your Inbox.
