Required Firewall Rules & IP Allowlist for Voiply Services

To ensure your Voiply service runs smoothly, certain firewall and network settings must be added to your router or network configuration. This will help prevent connectivity issues and guarantee optimal performance.

Ports to Whitelist

These ports are required for SIP calling, RTP audio streams, and secure web communication:

  • SIP (Session Initiation Protocol):

    • Ports: 5080–5082

    • Protocols: TCP and UDP

  • RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol):

    • Ports: 20000–27999

    • Protocol: UDP

  • Web Access:

    • Ports: 80 / 443

    • Protocol: TCP

IP Addresses to Allow (Voiply Services)

Please allow inbound and outbound traffic to the following IP addresses:

Additional Requirements:

  • SIPIS IPs must communicate with the SIP registrar (PBX) server over SIP ports (typically 5060 or 5061 TLS).

  • User devices must connect to SIPIS IPs on the following ports:

    • 443/TCP

    • 4998/UDP

    • 4998/TCP

    • 24998/TCP

  • Devices must also connect to reg.acrobits.cz – 165.227.103.7 (IPv4) and 2604:a880:800:a1::12f9:c001 (IPv6) – on port 443.

Note: You can always check the up-to-date list of Acrobits Push (SIPIS) servers by resolving the DNS name:
all.sipis.acrobits.cz

Implementation Notes

  • Double-check that all ports, hostnames, and IP addresses are correctly added to your whitelist.

  • Ensure no existing firewall rules conflict with these settings, as this could cause service interruptions.

  • Apply the changes and reboot your router or network equipment if necessary.
