Step 1: Connect to Your AT&T Modem

  1. Plug a computer directly into one of the three Yellow Ethernet ports on your AT&T modem. Rear Panel
  2. Open a web browser and enter 192.168.1.254 in the address bar.
  3. Locate the Username and Password on the barcode sticker (found on the back or side of the modem) and use them to log in.

Step 2: Disable SIP ALG

  1. Navigate to Firewall > Firewall Advanced.
  2. If prompted, enter the Device Access Code, which is printed on the modem’s barcode sticker.
