With the Voiply Adapter powered on, unplug the blue Ethernet cable from the Internet port. ![Voiply Adapter Back](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/411bd1d9ec6f0000/factory-reset-1jpg_162wqb8.jpg) 2. Locate the pin-sized-hole labeled "Reset" on the back of the Voiply Adapter. 3. Insert something into the hole such as a paper clip. Plug the blue Ethernet Cable back into the Internet port. All 3 lights will briefly turn on, then only the power light will remain on. 5. Wait a few minutes for all 3 lights to turn back on.
