Log In to Your Voiply Account Portal**  Access your account portal via the [Voiply website](http://voiply.com/portal/) or mobile app. Navigate to the account settings and ensure that international calling is enabled. If it's not enabled, see our [Guide to Set Up International Calling](https://kb.voiply.com/guide-to-set-up-international-calling-1) for step-by-step instructions, or contact Voiply support for assistance.  #### **2. Check the Dialing Format** Make sure you're using the correct dialing format for international calls: - From U.S. phone number to Canada: `1` + \[area code\] + \[number\] - From U.S. phone number to Puerto Rico, Bermuda, and other territories: `1` + \[area code\] + \[number\] - From U.S. phone number to other locations: `011` + \[country code\] + \[area code\] + \[number\] Enter your International PIN if prompted. **Example:** To call a number in the UK from the U.S., you would dial: `011` + `44` (UK country code) + \[area code\] + \[phone number\]. If prompted, input your International PIN. #### **3. Confirm the Destination Number** Double-check the number you're trying to reach. Ensure it's active, valid, and not blocked from receiving international calls. #### **4. Test Your Voiply Connection** Restart your Voiply device (e.g., phone adapter or VoIP phone). Ensure your internet connection is stable, as VoIP services require a reliable connection. #### **5. Contact Voiply Support** If the issue persists, reach out to Voiply Support for assistance.
