What you pay each month
After your free trial, the AI Receptionist costs $39.95 per month per receptionist. This monthly fee covers having the receptionist active and ready to answer your calls.
Call minutes
Every month, you get 100 free call minutes included with your receptionist. These are the minutes the AI spends handling your calls.
If your calls go over 100 minutes in a month, you'll be charged $0.25 per additional minute. The more minutes you use, the lower that per-minute rate can get — volume discounts apply automatically.
How billing works
Billing is handled automatically through Stripe, a secure payment platform. You don't need to do anything to set it up. Once your trial ends, your payment method on file is charged each month.
How to delete your AI Receptionist
If you decide you no longer need the AI Receptionist, you can delete it from the portal. Deleting stops your monthly fee right away. Keep in mind that any call minutes you used over the 100-minute limit that month will still be charged.
- Log in to your Voiply portal at app.voiply.com/portal-login.
- From your dashboard, scroll down to the Features section and click AI Receptionist.
- Select the receptionist you want to remove.
- Click Delete in the top right area of the screen.
Once deleted, your receptionist will stop answering calls and your monthly billing will stop.
