Voiply Mobile App – How to Add and Sync Contacts (Android & iOS)

iOS Devices (iPhone)

1. Enable Contacts Permission

To sync your iPhone contacts with the Voiply App, make sure the app has permission.

1. Open Settings

2. Tap Apps

   

3. Search for Voiply Mobile

   

4. Tap Contacts

5. Choose Full Access

6. Tap Allow Full Access when prompted

Once enabled, your iPhone contacts will automatically sync in the Voiply app.

2. Sync Only Specific Contacts (Optional)

If you don’t want to sync everything:

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Voiply Mobile

2. Tap Contacts

3. Choose Limited Access

4. Tap Edit Selected Contacts

5. Select the contacts you want to share with Voiply

3. Add a Contact Manually in the App

1. Open the Voiply Mobile App

2. Tap Contacts

   

3. Tap + New Contact

4. Enter the name and phone number

5. Tap Done to save

Android Devices

1. Open the App

Tap the Voiply Mobile App icon on your Android device.

2. Access Contacts

• Tap the Contacts icon (person silhouette) at the top menu.

Option A: Add a Contact Manually

1. When prompted with a red banner — “To access your contacts, grant contacts permission” — tap GRANT.

2. Tap the “+” (Add Contact) button (usually in the bottom-right corner).

3. Enter the contact details:

   • Full Name

   • Phone Number (include area code)

   • Email (optional)

   • Notes (optional, e.g., extension or department)

4. Tap Save.

5. Verify the new contact appears in your Voiply contact list.

   

6. (Optional) Tap the contact and place a call to confirm it works.

Option B: Import / Sync Phone Contacts

1. On the Contacts screen, tap Import Contacts.

2. If prompted with a red banner — “To access your contacts, grant contacts permission” — tap GRANT.

3. When the Android system popup appears — “Allow Voiply Mobile to access your contacts?” — tap Allow.

4. ✅ Once permissions are granted, your phone contacts will automatically appear in your Voiply contact list.

Option C: Sync with Office365 Contacts

1. From the Contacts screen, tap the dropdown at the top.

2. Select Office365.

3. Tap Sign In to connect your Office365 account.

4. Log in using your Office365 credentials.

5. Once signed in, your Office365 contacts will sync automatically into your Voiply contact list.

Helpful Tips

• Use Import Contacts if your device already stores your contacts.

• Use Add Contact Manually for numbers you want saved only inside Voiply.

• iPhone users can choose Full Access or Limited Access for more control.

• Office365 sync is available for business users who keep contacts in Microsoft 365.
