Below you’ll find everything you need to know about your plan’s cancellation policy. ### **What’s Included in the 3-Year Plan** With the Voiply 3-Year Plan, you get: ✅ 36 months of service for the price of 30 – Pay upfront for 30 months and get 6 months FREE ✅ Locked-in low rate of $8.95/month (plus **applicable** taxes and fees) for three years ✅ One simple payment – no monthly billing or surprises ✅ Set it and forget it – perfect for anyone who values reliability and convenience ### **🔐 Your Agreement** When you signed up, you received special discounted pricing in exchange for a 36-month commitment. This helps us offer the best possible value to customers who want long-term savings. ### **❌ Canceling Before the Term Ends** We understand things can change. If you need to cancel before your 36-month term is up, you’ll receive a pro-rated refund based on how many months there are left. Here’s how it works: - We subtract the 6 free months from your remaining time - Then we will multiply the remaining eligible months by your monthly rate - Note: Taxes and fees are not included in the refund ### **✅ Canceling in the Final (36th) Month** In your final month of service, you can: - Cancel before your plan renews - Renew another 3-Year Plan at the current rate -  Switch to a quarterly/3-month or annual plan if your needs have changed  Your service will stay active through the end of your term unless you ask us to deactivate it earlier. ### **⏳ 7-Day Grace Period** Just signed up and had second thoughts?
