Steps to Switch to Annual Billing
1. Open your annual plan offer email
Look for an email from Voiply with the message, "An annual plan today means saving money tomorrow."
Click the See Offer button in the email. 
2. Review your upgrade
A window will open showing your annual plan offer. You'll see:
- A short summary of the offer
- Your total amount to pay today
- A note that the price includes all taxes and fees
3. View the full price breakdown (optional)
If you'd like to see the details, click See Price Breakdown. This shows you:
- Your annual plan price
- A credit for any unused time on your current plan
- Taxes and fees for your area
- Your total amount to pay
Good to know: Taxes and fees are based on your zip code, so your total may be different from what other customers pay.
4. Confirm your upgrade
When you're ready, click Confirm Upgrade. Your plan will switch to annual billing right away.
What Happens After You Upgrade
- Your plan switches to annual billing immediately
- Your service continues without any interruption
- Your next billing date updates to one year from today
- A credit is applied for any unused time on your current plan
