This article will help you navigate voicemail options for your extension.
📞 Voicemail System (Dial x5001 or Voicemail Button)
Main Menu Options:

Universal Options (from any menu)
1️⃣ New Messages

1 – Save message
-
2 – Replay message

3 – Forward to user
-
4 – Delete message
-
5 – Skip to next message
-
6 – Reply (internal callers only)

7 – Rewind 15 seconds
-
8 – Pause/Continue
-
9 – Fast forward 15 seconds
2️⃣ Saved Messages

Same options as "New Messages":

Save, Replay, Forward, Delete, Skip, Reply (internal only), Rewind, Pause, Fast Forward.

3️⃣ Send Messages
While recording or during playback:

5 – Skip

7 – Rewind

8 – Pause/Continue

9 – Fast forward
Choose destination:

1 – To individuals (extension # required)

2 – To all
-
3 – To defined groups
4️⃣ Set Call Forwarding

1 – To mailbox (same as Do Not Disturb)

2 – To destination device
-
3 – Turn forwarding on/off

4 – Forward to current device (requires confirmation)
5️⃣ Control Options

1 – Set voicemail password

2 – Record name
6️⃣ Greetings

1 – Record a new greeting

2 – Review current greeting

3 – Select a greeting
7️⃣ Deleted Messages

1 – Retrieve to saved box

2 – Replay message

3 – Skip
8️⃣ From Any Menu

# – Return to previous menu

*# – Done with current action
📝 Notes:

Replying is only available to internal callers.

Extensions must be entered with a
#
at the end. -
Forwarding to mailbox is the same as Do Not Disturb (DND).

"Forward to here" means all calls go to your current device, and confirmation is required.
