How Do I Upload a Voicemail Greeting in the Premier Portal?

Learn how to upload a custom voicemail greeting in the Voiply Premier Portal. Record your greeting on any device and upload an MP3 or WAV file in just a few steps.

Want callers to hear a personal greeting when they reach your voicemail? You can record one on your phone or computer and upload it right to the Premier Portal. This article shows you how.

✅ Helpful Tips

  • Record somewhere quiet so your greeting sounds clear.
  • Keep it short and friendly. Most greetings are 10 to 20 seconds long.
  • If your file is larger than 10 MB, try saving it as an MP3. MP3 files are usually smaller than WAV files.
