Premier - How to Reset the Voicemail PIN
Office Managers can quickly reset a Premier user’s voicemail PIN in the Business Portal by going to Users → Voicemail → Change Voicemail PIN, entering a new 4-digit PIN, and clicking Save.
If you need to clear out voicemail messages but don’t remember the PIN, an Office Manager can reset it in just a few clicks from the Voiply Business Portal.
Who Can Reset the Voicemail PIN?
Only users with Office Manager permissions can make this change.
If you're not an Office Manager, please contact the person on your account who has that access.
How to Reset the Voicemail PIN
1. Log in to the Voiply Business Portal
2. Select the User

Click on Users

Choose the extension (user) that needs the voicemail PIN reset
3. Open the Voicemail Tab

Click the Voicemail tab for that user

Scroll down to Change Voicemail PIN
4. Enter a New PIN

Enter a new 4-digit PIN

Click Save

That’s it. The new PIN will take effect immediately.
Important Notes

The PIN must be at least 4 digits

For security, avoid using simple combinations like 1234

The user can now access voicemail using the new PIN and clear messages
