How to Fix Safari Cookie Errors on Mac and iOS
If you're using Safari on a Mac or iPhone and run into an error while checking out or accessing your Voiply account, the issue is often related to cookies being blocked. Follow the steps below for your device to fix this.
Safari for Mac
Safari 11 or later:
- Click the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.
Safari 8 to 10:
- Click the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Set Cookies and website data to Always allow.
Safari 5 to 7:
- Click the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Set Block cookies to Never.
Safari for iOS
Safari 11 or later:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- In the Privacy & Security section, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.
Note: If you're using an iOS app that can open a website (such as Gmail), tap the Open in Safari button on the toolbar instead.
Safari 7 to 10:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- In the Privacy & Security section, tap Block Cookies.
- Set Cookies and website data to Always Allow.
Note: If you're using an iOS app that can open a website (such as Gmail), tap the Open in Safari button on the toolbar instead.
Safari 4 to 6:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- In the Privacy section, tap Accept Cookies.
- Select Always.
