How to Reset the Voiply Mobile and Desktop App

When would you need this? If you want to sign out of the app or switch to a different account, resetting the Voiply mobile app will clear all stored data and settings so you can start fresh.

Heads up: Resetting the app will remove your account info and all saved settings. You will need to re-enter your credentials after the reset.


Mobile App

The mobile app does not have a separate log out option. To sign out or switch accounts, you will need to reset the app.

Step 1: Open the Voiply mobile app and tap the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Provisioning section at the bottom of the Settings menu.

Step 3: Tap Reset Application.

Step 4: A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap Wipe Storage to confirm. The app will reset and return to the setup screen.


Desktop App

The desktop app gives you two options depending on what you need.

Log Out Only

Use this if you just want to sign out but keep your app settings intact.

Step 1: Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Step 2: Click Log out.

Step 3: A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Log out to confirm.


Reset Application

Use this if you want to fully clear all data and settings — for example, when switching accounts.

Step 1: Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Step 2: Click Reset Application.

Step 3: A confirmation prompt will appear saying "This will clear all data stored in the app, including your account and settings." Click Reset to confirm.


After Logging Out or Resetting

You can log back in with your existing credentials or set up a new account. If you need help getting back in, contact our support team.
