Starter Plan - Managing Your Account Settings in the Portal
The User Account Menu in the Voiply Starter Business Portal gives you quick access to manage your personal login information, invite others to join your portal, and sign out securely. Whether you're updating your email or resetting your password, this menu keeps your account under your control — with just a few clicks.
Where to Find the User Account Menu
In the top-right corner of the portal, you’ll see your initials (or profile icon). Click it to open a dropdown menu. This is your User Account Menu.
⚙️ Available Options and What They Do
🔑 Change Password
Need to update your password? Select this option to create a new, secure password at any time.
Tip: Regularly updating your password is a good security practice — especially if you’ve shared access or logged in from a public device.
✉️ Change Login Email
Switching to a new email address? Use this option to update the email you use to log into your Voiply account.
Good to Know: Once changed, you’ll use the new email going forward.
📬 Send Email Invitation
Invite a team member or colleague to join your business portal. Just enter their email, and they’ll receive a secure invitation link.
Why It’s Useful: It makes it easy to onboard new users without needing admin approval or extra steps.
🔐 Login with Password
This option allows you to log in using a traditional password, even if you originally logged in with a one-time link or another method.
Why Use It: Prefer a classic email and password setup? This gives you that flexibility.
🚪 Sign Out
Always sign out after using the portal, especially if you’re on a shared or public computer.
Why It’s Important: Signing out protects your account from unauthorized access.
