How to Whitelist Voiply’s Email for Voicemail Delivery

If you’re not receiving voicemail-to-email messages from Voiply, it’s often because your email provider is marking them as spam. The fix? Whitelist our sending address: pbx@voiply.tel. Whitelisting tells your email provider “always trust emails from this sender” so you never miss important voicemail notifications.

General Tip

Before diving into provider-specific steps:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for missing voicemail emails.

  • Mark any voicemail emails from pbx@voiply.tel as “Not Spam” or “Safe.”

  • Then follow the steps below to make it permanent.


Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon > See all settings.

  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  3. Click Create a new filter.

  4. In the From field, type: pbx@voiply.tel.

  5. Click Create filter.

  6. Check Never send it to Spam.

  7. Click Create filter again to save.


Outlook / Hotmail / Live

  1. Sign in and click the gear icon > View all Outlook settings.

  2. Go to Mail > Junk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  4. Enter pbx@voiply.tel.

  5. Click Save.


Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to Yahoo Mail.

  2. Click the Settings icon > More Settings.

  3. Go to Filters > Add new filters.

  4. Name the filter "Voiply".

  5. In the From field, type pbx@voiply.tel.

  6. Choose to send to Inbox.

  7. Save.


Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. Log in at iCloud.com.

  2. Click the gear icon > Preferences.

  3. Go to the Rules tab.

  4. Click Add Rule.

  5. Set: If a message is from pbx@voiply.tel, Then move to Inbox.

  6. Save the rule.


Comcast / Xfinity

  1. Log in to your Xfinity Connect email.

  2. Click the gear icon > Settings.

  3. Go to Advanced Settings.

  4. Find Email Safe List.

  5. Add pbx@voiply.tel to your safe senders.

  6. Save.


AOL

  1. Log in to AOL Mail.

  2. Open Options > Mail Settings.

  3. Go to Spam Settings.

  4. Under Allowed Senders and Domains, add pbx@voiply.tel.

  5. Save.


Other Providers

Most email systems have a “safe sender,” “whitelist,” or “allow list” option in their settings. If you don’t see your provider listed, look for:

  • Filters or Rules in settings

  • Safe senders or Safe lists

  • Junk mail or Spam controls

Add pbx@voiply.tel wherever your provider lets you trust or whitelist an email.


Still Not Working?

  • Double-check that your mailbox isn’t full.

  • Try adding pbx@voiply.tel to your contacts.
