How to resolve issues during the checkout process for Voiply Home

Encountering issues during the Voiply Home checkout process? Read our guide for troubleshooting tips and step-by-step solutions to ensure a smooth purchase.

Some customers might have a bit of an issue checking out, this can be attributed to a few things. This guide will show you how to check a few things if you are having an issue completing the checkout process.

Safari

  1. Open your Safari browser.
  2. Click on the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Under the Cookies and website data: section, un-select Block all cookies

1. Be sure that you have filled out all required fields when checking out. This includes Email, Name, Phone, Address, City, State, ZIP, Card number, and agreeing to the Voiply TOS.



2. Next we can take a look at if an blocker is enabled. This is usually installed and can be found in the add ons or extensions portion of your browser.

Google Chrome

Built-in blocking

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Go to the site.

  3. Tap the lock icon (if on desktop) and open Site settings.

  4. Set Ads or Pop-ups and redirects to Allow.

  5. Refresh.

Ad blocker extensions (desktop only)

  1. Click the puzzle icon.

  2. Pick your ad-blocker.

  3. Pause it, disable it, or remove it.

  4. Refresh.

Mozilla Firefox

Built-in protection

  1. On the site, click the shield icon by the URL.

  2. Turn Enhanced Tracking Protection off.

  3. Refresh.

Add-ons

  1. Hit the three lines menu.

  2. Go to Add-ons and themes.

  3. Disable or remove the ad-blocker.

  4. Refresh.

Safari (Mac)

Built-in blocking

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences).

  3. Click Websites.

  4. Choose Content Blockers.

  5. Set the site to Allow.

  6. Refresh.

Extensions

  1. Safari > Settings > Extensions.

  2. Uncheck or uninstall the ad-block extension.

  3. Refresh.

Safari (iPhone/iPad)

Turn off Content Blockers for a specific site

  1. Open Safari and go to the site.

  2. Tap the aA icon in the address bar.

  3. Choose Turn Off Content Blockers.

  4. Refresh.

Turn off a content-blocking app completely (AdGuard, AdBlock, 1Blocker, etc.)

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Scroll down to Safari.

  3. Tap Extensions or Content Blockers (varies by iOS version).

  4. Toggle off the ad-blocking app.

  5. Go back to Safari and refresh.

Internet Explorer

Tracking Protection Lists

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the gear icon.

  3. Go to Safety > Tracking Protection.

  4. Disable any active lists.

  5. Restart IE.

Add-ons

  1. Gear icon > Manage add-ons.

  2. Look under Toolbars and Extensions.

  3. Disable any ad-blocking extensions.

  4. Restart IE.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots in the top right.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Select Privacy and security.

  5. Click Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data, depending on your version).

  6. Choose Allow third-party cookies.

  7. Restart or refresh your browser tabs.

 

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the three lines menu in the top right.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Click Privacy & Security.

  5. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard.

    • Strict mode blocks most third-party cookies, so switching to Standard allows them.

  6. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data if you want to confirm additional options.

  7. Refresh the browser.

 

Microsoft Edge
  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. On the left menu, click Privacy, search, and services.

  5. Scroll down to the Cookies and site data section.

  6. Make sure Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) is turned on.

  7. Make sure Block third-party cookies is turned off.
