You can use it with Voiply Home instead of waiting for a new one. Our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) option supports select Grandstream models, so you can get started using your own equipment quickly and easily. ### **Key Details** - **Supported Devices:** Grandstream HT801 and Grandstream HT802 (both support 1 phone line) - **Other Models:** Not supported and will not work with our service - **What You’ll Need:** A working Grandstream adapter that you can factory reset - **Setup Steps:** You just need to set up the device and do a factory reset of the adapter - **After Checkout:** We’ll send an email with your setup details and instructions - **Hardware Shipping:** None — setup is done using your existing device --- ### **Step-by-Step Instructions** #### **1. Choose the BYOD Option When Ordering** 1. Start your **Voiply Home** order online. 2. When you reach the **“Your Pre-Order Offers”** section, scroll down to the bottom. 3. Check the box that says **“I already have my own compatible VoIP Adapter (BYOD)”**. 4. Send Us Your Device Information** After you place your order: 1. Find the **MAC Address** and **Serial Number** on the bottom of your Grandstream adapter. 2. Reply to your Voiply order confirmation email and include both numbers. 3. Our team will register your device and send you your **setup instructions**. #### **3. Set Up Your Device** Once your device has been registered, you just need to: 1. **Do a factory reset** on your Grandstream HT801 or HT802. 2. **Set up the device** using the instructions and details provided in your Voiply email. 3. Connect your home phone to the adapter and plug it into your router. That’s it!
