Emergency Call Forwarding for Voiply Home

Emergency Call Forwarding is a valuable feature that ensures you never miss an important call, even during an outage or if your VoIP adapter is not registered. When activated, this feature automatically forwards incoming calls to any external phone number of your choice, such as a mobile or landline.

How to Enable Emergency Call Forwarding

Follow these steps to set up Emergency Call Forwarding on your Voiply Home account:

  1. Log in to your Voiply account portal.
  2. Navigate to the "Call Forwarding" tab.
  3. Locate the toggle switch next to "Emergency Call Forwarding" and click it to turn the feature on.
  4. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you want incoming calls to be forwarded.
  5. Click "Save Changes" to apply your settings.

Important Notes

  • You can configure Emergency Call Forwarding at any time, ensuring calls are redirected whenever your Voiply service is unavailable.
  • This feature only activates when your VoIP service is down or disconnected.
  • Be sure to enter a valid external number to avoid call routing issues.
  • Forwarding numbers should be within the U.S. – toll-free and international numbers are not supported.
