Right after placing the order, log in to your account and submit the porting request.

Log in to Your Account
- Access your portal: How to Log In to Your Voiply Portal.

Navigate to the Numbers Tab
- Click Port under Port Numbers, then select Transfer Existing Number.
- Click Port under Port Numbers, then select Transfer Existing Number.

Enter Your Number
- Type the phone number you want to transfer and click Next.

Complete the Porting Form
- Enter the required details exactly as they appear with your current provider, then click Next.

Provide Account Information
- Enter your account number and PIN from your current provider, then click Next.

Authorize the Transfer
- Sign the authorization form to grant Voiply permission to port your number.
- Important: Your signature must match the name on your phone bill.

Submit & Confirm
- Click Next to finalize your request.
