Setting Up Call Forwarding with Voiply Park: A Complete Guide

Whether you want to send calls to your cell phone, home phone, work phone, or any other US or Canadian phone number, our service makes it simple. Calls can be transferred immediately or after the IVR feature.

If call cannot be forwarded, Voicemail to Email can be setup to capture the voicemail.

Below are the steps on how you can enable Call Forwarding on your Parked Number.

  1. Login to your Portal
  2. You can edit your options from your portal by clicking the pencil icon:
  3. Click on Call Forwarding icon
  4. Click Activate



    Note: call forwarding billed at a rate of $0.02 per minute.

  5. Enter the forwarding number
  6. Click Save Changes
