Whether you want to send calls to your cell phone, home phone, work phone, or any other US or Canadian phone number, our service makes it simple. Note that call forwarding is billed at a rate of $0.02 per minute, added to the base rate for local or toll-free calls. Below are the steps to enable Call Forwarding on your number.
Steps
1. Log in to your Voiply Portal
Go to voiply.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on the Numbers tab
From the top navigation, click Numbers.
3. Select your phone number
Under Phone Numbers, click on the number you want to set up call forwarding for.
4. Set your Routing Type
In the Call Routing section, click the Routing Type dropdown and select Route to External Number.
5. Enter your forwarding number
In the External Phone Number field, enter the full number including country code (e.g., 18005551234). You can also add a Description / Label to help identify this forwarding rule.
6. Save your changes
Click the Save Routing button in the top right corner to apply your settings.
Notes
- Call forwarding is billed at $0.02 per minute on top of your base rate, whether the call is local or toll-free.
- If you ever want to stop forwarding calls, come back to this same screen and change the Routing Type to Route to Voicemail or Available (Unassigned).
