      Return Device Instructions

      Need to return your Voiply device? Follow our detailed instructions for a hassle-free return process and ensure your device is returned correctly.

      IF YOU ARE RETURNING YOUR OPAL DEVICE, PLEASE CHAT WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE WITH RETURNS

      For Customers in the USA

      1. Pack the Device:
        Securely pack the items in a box.

      2. Ship the Package:

        • You can purchase a return label from Voiply or ship the device from your nearest post office or shipping company.
        • Use the address below:

      3. Get a Tracking Receipt:
        Request a receipt with a tracking number from the carrier for reference.
