Here's how to do it, and what to expect. ### **Why the return matters** When you cancel, the adapter we shipped you needs to come back. If it isn't returned, it affects your refund — and outside the 30-day money-back window, a $50 unreturned device fee applies. Include the power adapter and cables that came with it. ### **Choose how to send it** **Option 1 — Buy a return label from us ($5.99)** During cancellation, you can buy a prepaid label in one click. No account needed. Print it, attach it to the box, and drop it off. Return labels are non-refundable once purchased. **Option 2 — Take it to your nearest post office** Pack the adapter and bring it in. The staff will weigh it, print the label, and take payment there — nothing to print at home. Send it to: > VOIPly LLC 2200 Wheless Lane Austin, TX 78723 **Option 3 — Can't get to a post office?** Buy a return label directly from USPS at [usps.com](https://www.usps.com/ship/online-shipping.htm), then schedule a free pickup at [usps.com/pickup](https://www.usps.com/pickup/). Your mail carrier will collect the package from your door during normal mail delivery. You don't need a USPS account, and the pickup itself is free. ### **Get us the tracking number** Whichever option you choose, ask for a receipt with a tracking number. Then reply to your cancellation email with it, or send it to [billing@voiply.com](mailto:billing@voiply.com) — we use it to confirm your adapter has arrived. ### **Special cases** **Business accounts.** Return labels aren't available for business accounts. Ship the hardware back using your own carrier and send us the tracking number so we can verify receipt. **Canada.** Contact us at (844) 843-4175 and we'll arrange a prepaid return label for you. The options above are for US addresses. **Using your own adapter (BYOD).** If you brought your own device, we never shipped you hardware, so there's nothing to return. Questions about any of this?
