For Customers in the USA

  1. Pack the Device:
    Securely pack the items in a box.

  2. Ship the Package:

    • You can purchase a return label from Voiply or ship the device from your nearest post office or shipping company.
    • Use the address below:

  3. Get a Tracking Receipt:
    Request a receipt with a tracking number from the carrier for reference.
