Residential - Portal Dashboard Overview
The Voiply Residential Portal Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your account and easy access to key features like call history, voicemail, call blocking, and more. This page is designed to help you manage your service without digging through menus. From here, you can view your plan details, download mobile apps, and use Quick Actions to configure common features. Use the sections below to learn what each part of the dashboard does. You can click into any linked article for step-by-step instructions.
Welcome & Account Summary
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a welcome message along with key account details, including:

Your main phone number

Your current plan type (Residential)
-
Your billing amount and renewal cycle
This section gives you a quick snapshot of your account and also includes shortcuts to commonly used pages.

Helpful shortcuts to know:

Clicking the arrow next to your main phone number will take you directly to the Number Dashboard, where you can manage settings related to that number.

Clicking the arrow next to your billing amount opens the Billing Portal in a new tab, where you can view invoices, payment details, and billing history.

You’ll also see a link to upgrade your subscription, allowing you to switch plans or take advantage of available promotions.
Refer a Friend
The Refer a Friend card lets you invite friends and family to Voiply.

Earn rewards when someone signs up using your referral

Send invites by email or SMS

Track rewards directly from the portal

Call History
The Call History card provides fast access to your recent calls and voicemail activity.
From here, you can:

Download Voiply Mobile Apps
The Download Voiply for Any Device section lets you take your Voiply number on the go.
Available options include:

International Dialing Preferences
The International Dialing Preferences panel lets you control whether international calling is allowed on your line.
From this section, you can:

Enable or disable international calling

Set or update your International Dialing PIN

Save changes directly from the dashboard
Good to know: Your international dialing PIN is sensitive information and should not be shared.
