Premier - Using the “Hosted PBX” Tab in Your Voiply Dashboard
The Hosted PBX tab in your Voiply dashboard provides a quick gateway to managing your phone system’s advanced features. Whether you’re setting up extensions, configuring call routing, or managing users, this section is your central command hub.
🔍 Where to Find It
On the left-hand navigation bar of your Voiply dashboard, you’ll see several icons under the APPLICATIONS section. Click the Hosted PBX icon (📞), located just above “Contacts” and “Conference.” It features a phone and gear icon to help you identify it easily.
🚪 What Happens When You Click It?
When you click on the Hosted PBX tab, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Voiply Admin Portal Interface. This is the backend system where you can perform detailed administrative tasks, such as:
