Premier - How to Manage Your Settings
VoIPly makes it simple to manage your billing and account preferences directly from the customer portal. This guide walks you through the key options available under the Settings section of your VoIPly dashboard.
📍 Accessing the Settings Page
To manage your billing or request account cancellation:

Log in to your VoIPly dashboard.

From the left-hand menu, scroll down and click Settings under the Account section.

You will see the Account Billing card with two key actions:

Manage Billing

Cancel Account

💳 Manage Billing
Clicking Manage Billing will open a secure billing portal in a new window (powered by Stripe).
Here, you can:

View your current subscription and monthly charges.

See the next renewal date.

Update or add payment methods.

Edit your billing and shipping information.
-
View your invoice history with downloadable receipts.
Example:
If you’re on a VoIPly Business Plan at $95.61/month, you’ll see this amount listed with a breakdown of active services and billing cycle.
❌ Cancel Account
If you no longer need your VoIPly service:

Click the Cancel Account button.

You’ll be routed to a cancellation request form or process where you can confirm the cancellation.
ℹ️ Note: Depending on your service agreement, additional steps may be required to complete the cancellation. You may also be contacted by our support team to verify and assist with the process.
🔐 Billing Portal Security
Your billing data is securely managed through Stripe. All payment details and account data are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
