Porting your number to Voiply Home
A Step-by-step guide on how to submit a port request from your account portal.
Automatic Port Request Submission
When you place an order and select Keep My Number, a port request is automatically submitted. If you prefer to switch to Voiply and keep your existing number later, you can choose a new number when placing your order and submit a port request in the Voiply Portal when ready. We recommend uploading your current phone bill when submitting the request to streamline the process.
Submitting a Port Request
If a port request has not been initiated, you’ll need to submit one manually in the Voiply Portal.
Porting Details:
- The process typically takes 7-10 business days.
- There will be no downtime during the transfer.
- A temporary number can be assigned upon request.
- Our porting team will keep you updated via email and SMS.
How to Submit a Port Request:
- Log in to your portal: Voiply Portal Login
- Click on Submit Port Request.
- Enter all the required information.
- Click Submit Request to complete your submission.
