Get to know the Admin Portal Interface for the Starter Plan. Learn how to navigate, manage settings, and utilize features to optimize your Voiply experience.
The sidebar panel or icon of your admin portal interface contains a menu bar with icon for navigating through the portal. When you click an icon, the page associated with the icon appears.
Dashboard
From your dashboard, you have access to several functions as follows:
1. Account Login Management
The User Account Dropdown is located in the top-right corner of the portal. It appears when clicking on the user's profile section, which includes a circular avatar with your initials and your name next to it. The dropdown expands downward, displaying account management options such as changing the password, updating the login email, sending an email invitation, logging in with social accounts, and signing out.
2. Manage your Account
This section of the Voiply Dashboard is titled "Manage your Account" and provides key details about your Voiply service. It includes:
- Main Phone Number β Displays the primary phone number associated with the account.
- Current Plan β Shows the Starter plan with 1 user on the account.
- Billing Information β Displays the monthly/annual bill amount (redacted for privacy).
3. Download Voiply for any device
Here, you can set up the Voiply mobile app on your phone for easy access on the go. π±β¨

If you're using an Android device, just tap the Google Play icon to download the app.

If you're on iOS (iPhone/iPad), tap the Apple App Store icon to get started.
4. Quick Actions
This area is designed to give you easy access to essential account features. Here's what you can do:
π Port Numbers β Transfer your number from another provider to Voiply. Click "Port >" to get started.
π Configure Voicemail β Set up your voicemail with a custom greeting using your own voice or text-to-speech. Click "Configure >" to personalize it.
π² Call Forwarding β Want to forward calls to another number? Click "Manage >" to enable or modify call forwarding settings.
π³ Billing β Manage your billing details, update your payment info, and download invoices. Click "Manage >" to access it.
5. Call History
This is your Call History section! ππ
Here, you can access your call logs to review past calls and voicemails.

Click "Open Logs" to view details of incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

Check voicemails and call records in one place.
6. Refer a friend
This is the Refer a Friend section! π
You can earn rewards up to $70 when you refer a friend to Voiply. Simply share your referral link via email or SMS by clicking "Send Invite."
