This guide will walk you through the steps to set up call recording on your Voiply VoIP phone service, allowing you to easily manage and access recorded calls.
Setting Up Call Recording
- Log in to your Voiply Dashboard
- Click on "Features" in the menu
- Locate and install "Call Recording" under available features
- Once installed, click on "Plugin" to customize call recording settings
Once done, you can then click on Plugin to customize the feature.
Customization Options
- Email Address – Enter the email where recorded calls will be sent
- Announcement Message – Set up an introductory message to notify callers that the call will be recorded
⚠ Note: Both incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded once this feature is enabled.
