How to Port Your Number to Voiply Starter and Advanced Business

Porting your existing phone number to Voiply Business is simple and can be done during the ordering process. Follow these steps:

    1. Select the Number Porting Option

      • When placing an order at business.voiply.com, select "Use Your Current Number" under the Number Porting section.
    2. Enter Your Number

      • Input the phone number you want to transfer and click the Continue button.
      • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the necessary details. As soon as the order is completed, the port request is submitted automatically.
    3. Wait for Porting Approval

      • The process typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your current provider. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your request.
    4. Activate Your Number

      • Once your number is successfully transferred, you will be notified to complete the activation process with Voiply Business.

    💡 Tip: To avoid service interruptions, keep your existing phone service active until the porting process is completed.

    How to Transfer a Number to Your Existing Voiply Business Account

    1. Log in to Your Account

      • Access your account portal and navigate to Quick Actions.
    2. Initiate the Porting Process
