How to View Your Call Detail Records for Residential Service

This guide shows you how to view your Call Detail Records (CDRs) from your Residential Portal. You can check your incoming and outgoing calls, voicemail activity, and any available recordings.

1. Log In to Your Residential Portal

2. Access Your Call History

There are two ways to get to your Call History:

Option A – Quick Actions Card From your Dashboard, scroll to the Quick Actions section and click the Call History card (View logs & voicemails).

Option B – Call History Tab At the top of any page in the portal, click the Call History tab in the navigation bar (next to Dashboard and Numbers).

Either option will bring you to the same Call History page.


3. Your Call History Summary

Once inside, you'll see You'll see a summary showing your total records for the past 7 days, including:

  • Total number of calls
  • Total minutes
  • Calls in, calls out, and missed calls 

4. Filter Your Call History

Use the three tabs to filter your view:

Tab What It Shows
All Calls Every inbound and outbound call
Missed Calls Calls that were not answered (shown with a red X and labeled Missed)
Voicemails Voicemail messages left by callers

5. Viewing and Managing Voicemails

Click the Voicemails tab to see any voicemail messages. Each voicemail entry displays:

  • The caller's phone number
  • A transcript of the message
  • The time and date it was received
  • The duration of the voicemail

Click on a voicemail entry to expand it. From there you can: 

  • Play the voicemail using the audio player
  • Download or adjust Playback speed using the ⋮ (three-dot) menu on the right side of the player 
  • 🗑 Delete the voicemail using the Delete button at the bottom right
    • A confirmation prompt will appear asking "Delete this voicemail?" — click OK to confirm or Cancel to go back
