[Account Management](https://kb.voiply.com/home-phone-service#account-management) # How to View Your Call Detail Records for Residential Service ## This guide shows you how to view your Call Detail Records (CDRs) from your Residential Portal. You can check your incoming and outgoing calls, voicemail activity, and any available recordings. #### Step-by-Step Guide ### 1. Log In to Your Residential Portal Use the login link: [How to Log In to Your Voiply Portal](https://kb.voiply.com/how-to-log-in-to-your-voiply-portal) --- ### 2. Viewing and Managing Voicemails Click the **Voicemails** tab to see any voicemail messages.
