Residential - How to Reset Voiply Mobile App Account

A step-by-step guide to resetting the Voiply Mobile App back to its default settings.

Sometimes the easiest way to fix an issue with the Voiply Mobile App is to reset it. Resetting clears the app and signs you out, so you can start fresh and log back in. Don't worry, this will not delete your Voiply account or your phone number. The steps below are a little different for Android and iPhone, so just follow the section that matches your device.

🤖 Android

  1. Open the Voiply Mobile App on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap to open the settings menu. 
  4. Tap Reset Application, then tap to confirm when the app asks.



🍎 iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open the Voiply Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap Reset Application, then tap to confirm when the app asks.

🔑 Sign back in

After the reset, the app takes you back to the Get Voiply on Mobile screen. Here is the short version of how to sign back in:

  1. Enter your Voiply phone number and tap Continue.
  2. Check the inbox for the email address on your Voiply account. Open the email from Voiply and tap Sign in link. You can also copy and paste the link into your web browser. The link works for 1 hour and can only be used once.
  3. Once you see the "You're all set!" screen, you are signed back in and ready to go.
