How to Provide Your CSR and Copy of Bill for Porting

Providing your Customer Service Record (CSR) and a recent copy of your bill or invoice helps speed up your number transfer (port) process and reduce delays.

Why It Matters

When you request to port your number to Voiply, your current provider must verify and release it. The CSR and bill confirm your account ownership and make sure your details match exactly, including:

  • Account name
  • Service address
  • Account number and PIN (if applicable)

If these details don't match, your port request may be rejected or delayed. Submitting these documents early allows our porting team to verify everything upfront for a smoother transfer.

What You Need

1. Customer Service Record (CSR)

  • Lists your account details as shown in your provider's system.
  • You can request it directly from your current carrier.

2. Recent Bill or Invoice

  • Shows your account holder name, address, and account number.
  • Must be dated within the last 30 days.

3. Signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) (if required)

  • Authorizes Voiply to port your number on your behalf.
  • Our team will let you know if this is needed.

How to Upload Your Documents

  1. Log in to your Voiply Account Portal.
  2. Click the Numbers tab.
  3. Under Port Requests, find your request and click the arrow ( > ) to open it.
  4. Scroll down to the Supporting Documents section.
  5. Click Choose File next to any of the following fields and select the file from your device:
    • Latest Invoice (optional)
    • Customer Service Record (CSR) (optional)
    • Signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) (optional)
  6. Once your files are selected, click Save.

Pro Tip: Uploading your CSR and bill right after submitting your port request can help avoid rejection and often speeds up approval by several days.
