How to Provide Your CSR and Copy of Bill for Porting
Providing your Customer Service Record (CSR) and a recent copy of your bill or invoice helps speed up your number transfer (port) process and reduce delays.
Why It Matters
When you request to port your number to Voiply, your current provider must verify and release it. The CSR and bill confirm your account ownership and make sure your details match exactly including:
-
Account name
-
Service address
-
Account number and PIN (if applicable)
If these details don’t match, your port request may be rejected or delayed. Submitting these documents early allows our porting team to verify everything upfront for a smoother transfer.
