Transferring Your Number from Voiply

Transferring your number away from Voiply is a straightforward and customer-friendly process. We do not place any blocks or restrictions on porting out your number.

To begin, contact us through our Support Chat feature located in the lower right corner of your screen. Once your account is verified, let our team know which number you’d like to transfer. We’ll generate a Customer Service Record (CSR), which contains all the required information for your new provider to initiate the port.

Your account must remain active during the porting process to ensure a successful transfer.

The CSR will be sent to you via email, along with a link to complete the cancellation process once your number has been successfully transferred.

CSR generation typically takes 48 hours, and the porting process usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your new provider.
