Premier - How to Factory Reset Your GXP 26xx Phones
A factory reset will restore your phone to its original settings and erase any saved configurations. Please contact our support team before performing a factory reset — in many cases, the issue can be resolved without one.
Press the middle button on the directional pad to open the menu.
Navigate to System, then scroll to Factory Reset and press Select.
Press Yes to confirm.
Your phone will reboot and restore to factory settings.
