How to Check Port Status for Business Accounts

If you have requested to port a number to your Number Parking, Business Advanced, and Business Premier account, you can easily check the status of your request by following these steps:

Steps to Check Your Port Status

  1. Log in to the Account Portal

  2. Navigate to the Numbers Tab

    • Once logged in, locate and click on the Numbers tab.
  3. Review Your Porting Progress

    • Here, you will find the current status of your port request. Your request may display one of the following statuses:
      • Submitted – Your request has been received and is under review.
      • Rejected – There was an issue with the request; further action may be required. You may need to contact support for assistance.
      • FOC Date (Firm Order Commitment Date) – Your number port has been scheduled for activation on the provided date.
      • Completed – Your number has been successfully ported and is now active.
  4. Click the Port Status for More Details

    • For additional details or updates, click on the status indicator next to your port request.

By following these steps, you can stay informed about your number porting request and take action if needed.
