      How to Cancel Your Voiply Service

      If you need to cancel your Voiply service, follow these simple steps:

      1. If you want to keep your number, request a port with your new provider before canceling your Voiply account.

      2. Login to your account and submit a cancellation request to officially cancel your Voiply account. For Residential, click on the Cancel button under My Subscription.

        For business, go under Settings > Account Billing > Cancel Account.

      3. Return Equipment (If Required)
        If you’re using Voiply equipment, you may need to return it. Return instructions are provided after submitting the cancellation request. You can also refer to this article for more information: Return Device Instructions

      By completing these steps, your Voiply account will be successfully canceled within 24-48 hours.
