Residential - Guide to Set Up International Calling

International calling on Voiply is protected by a PIN to help prevent unauthorized use. To keep things simple, Voiply uses one PIN for both voicemail and international calling. This article explains how to enable international calling and where to find your PIN.

This guide explains how to enable international calling and understand how the international dialing PIN works in the Voiply portal.

How to Enable International Calling

  1. Log in to your Voiply account at https://www.voiply.com/portal/login
  2. From the Quick Actions menu, click International Dialing.
  3. In the International Dialing window, toggle Allow International Calls to On.
  4. Click Save. 

Once enabled, international dialing will be active on your account.

International Dialing PIN Explained

  • When international dialing is enabled, a International Dialing PIN field will appear below the toggle.
  • This PIN is the same as your voicemail PIN — there is no separate PIN to manage.
  • Do not share your PIN via email or other insecure methods, as it protects your account from unauthorized use.

If you need to update your PIN, update your voicemail PIN and the international dialing PIN will update automatically.

Additional Notes

  • Changes take effect immediately after clicking Save.
  • If you are prompted for a PIN while dialing internationally, enter your voicemail PIN.
