These steps apply to the GXP 16xx, GXP 21xx, and WP8xx model series. ### **Grandstream Standard or Deluxe/Receptionist Phone** *(GXP 16xx and GXP 21xx)* 1. Press the **middle button** on the directional pad to open the menu. 2. Scroll to **Status**. 3. Select **Network Status**. 4. Your **IPv4 address** will be listed here. *Example: 192.168.1.122* --- ### **Grandstream Wireless Phone** *(WP8xx)* 1. Press the **middle button** on the directional pad to open the menu. 2. Use the directional pad to navigate to **Settings** (the gear icon). 3. Scroll to the bottom and select **Status**. 4. Scroll down to find your **IP address**. *Example: 192.168.1.122* --- ### **Phone Not Showing an IP Address?** If your phone does not display an IP address, try restarting it. This allows the phone to request a new address from your router or modem. If the phone still does not show an IP address after restarting, your network may need attention.
