      Finding the IP Address for Grandsteam Phones

      Step-by-step guide on how you can obtain the IP address of your phones. This works for GXP 16xx, GXP21xx and WP8XX

      Grandstream Standard Phone 


      1. Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
      2. Scroll to Status
      3. Network Status
      4. You'll find IP address there IPV4 address
      5. Example: 192.168.1.122

      GrandStream Deluxe or Receptionist Phone 


      1. Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
      2. Scroll to Status
      3. Network Status
      4. You'll find IP address there IPV4 address
      5. Example: 192.168.1.122

      Grandstream Wireless Phone


      1. Middle button on the directional pad. This will bring up the menu
      2. Use directional Pad to find settings (Gear Icon)
      3. At the bottom find Status
      4. Scroll down and you'll find IP address
      5. Example: 192.168.1.122

      If your phone does not have an IP address. Please restart your phone to get an IP address from your network router/modem. If your phone still is not getting an IP address. You may need to contact an IT professional to help.
