These solutions provide more flexibility and reliability, especially for those who fax frequently. ### Our Policy - We do not actively block faxing on our network. - Customers are free to attempt faxing using our service in any of the above methods. ### Important Considerations While some customers have no trouble faxing over VoIP, others face significant difficulties. Through our observations: - Around half of the customers who attempt faxing over our service experience no problems. - The other half may encounter incomplete faxes or premature call terminations. These issues are often related to the sensitivity of analog fax machines or all-in-one devices, as more sensitive devices can struggle with even minor irregularities in the VoIP transmission. Tips if You Try Faxing Over VoIP: - Some devices work better in “Fax Only” mode. - Adjustments to your fax machine or all-in-one device settings may improve results. - For device-specific setup and troubleshooting, please reach out directly to your fax machine manufacturer.
