All returned or exchanged items must be in a new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for any damage to the returned product while in their possession and/or during return shipping. The return amount is subject to change due to the condition of the product once it is returned to Voiply. If the product is deemed not able to be restocked, the customer will be responsible for providing a shipping account number to have the product returned to them, or product will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee ('MBG') if you terminate your service within 30 days of the date of your order. Your Order Date is the date you order service or the date we successfully process your payment, whichever is later. The MBG applies to the monthly service charge and taxes. Our MBG does not cover any charges for shipping, international calls, or Premium Features (Webroot, Identity Protection, or 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring).
